Using my experience of 40 years in the various martial art disciplines, my career in law enforcement and the military, we emphasizes defending yourself using Aikido, Jujitsu, Judo, and Karate. You will learn how to defend yourself against assailant(s) that are attacking you with empty hands, knife, gun and/or other weapons. The program emphasizes the need for repetition of techniques you have learned. So you will know how to react to an attacker in such a manner that the technique(s) become instinctive rather than reactive. This program is great for everyone especially children, women, domestic violence victims and law enforcement officers.
