We apply karate cardio fitness, stretching and weight training into an overall body fitness workout. Workouts consist of karate cardio kick boxing session, stretching for total body flexibility and light to moderate weight training for muscle toning, self defense and one intense workout on our Focus Master. We are the only martial arts school in the area that has Focus Master workout equipment. Feel the intensity of your punches, elbow strikes and kicks. With no more then 4 to a class your skill levels will quickly improve, because you get personal attention, teaching and training. Unlike other schools in the area you are taught personally by an adult Black Belt, not children or teens. With over 40+ years of training and teaching karate & self defense, street law enforcement and Army Combat Veteran experience, we teach what actually works on the street for self defense.
